FAQ
- My order hasnt arrived yet - what do I do? We aim to ship orders within 2 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48h which is estimated at 2 working days, although this is an estimate not a guarantee. If you still not have recieved your order within 7 working days please contact us using our form available quoting your order reference number.
- My order has arrived damaged We use fully tracked postal services to ensure safe, prompt postage. In the unfortunate event that your order does not arrive in amazing condition, please contact us so we can reach a solution.
- I am having technical issues with the website We are currently still in the process of updating and improving our website, which may cause occasional problems. If our site is not running correctly, we advise checking back after 24 hours.
- Do you ship to my country? We currently only ship to Mainland UK however we aim to begin international shipping in the future!
